Script : Discussion autour De Magri Alberto

Reekia : Malgri alberto has been a great influence in my life and he has inspired me a lot. He is immensely popular for his pastries and baking methods.

Furthermore, when I see him I say to myself “ if I improve, I can practise like Malgri Alberto. For example : When I see his optical illusions “Trompe l’oeil”, the chocolates  and the brioches, I am extremely curious to know more about his techniques and it motivates me to do more.

Erkan :   As for me, Malgri Alberto taught me a lot about pastry. On the other side, I felt small while watching his amazing pastries, I thought to myself that if I couldn’t be like him, on his very high level : all people call him « the Italian Cedric Grolet.

When I researched about him and his career, I learnt that he started just like myself, in a pastry school and that pastry needs dedication and consistent efforts.  He became my inspiration and my role model , showing that the impossible is possible

Finally social networks can have a very important impact for pastry and be a source of knowledge.

Asen : To conclude, social media has a big influence on the pastry job. Thanks to it, we can discover new techniques, recipes, and creative ideas. Chefs like Magri Alberto share their passion and skills, which helps us learn and improve.

However, when we see such perfect creations, some people can feel discouraged. So, social media can be both a source of motivation and pressure for future pastry chefs.
